William R. Mahar, JR., AIA, LEED AP
Principal
Bill
Mahar, as a principal, has practiced architecture as a design architect, owner
and developer with emphasis on commercial and residential projects since 1974.
Projects included rehabilitation, additions and new construction. His
project management skills include: working with various constituents, planning
and design, coordinating construction drawings and overseeing construction.
Bill
Mahar was a principal with the San Francisco based architectural firms of MBM
Group, Mahar & Moulton and Moulton & Clark for sixteen years.
From 1994 through 1995 he was a consulting project manager for Stanford
University, managing seismic retrofit projects in excess to twelve million
dollars. His construction background and attention to detail have
produced a chronicle of successful commercial, retail interior and residential
projects.
Bill
Mahar received his Bachelors Degree in Architecture from Heald Engineering
College in 1969. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects,
Construction Specification Institute, National Trust for Historic Preservation, a LEED Accredited Professional,
and a registered architect in California.
