We were selected for our proven historical expertise and our ability to blend current tenant requirements and expectations while maintaining the historical fabric of the buildings. Our initial services included repair and restoration to damaged historical components, fire separation walls, and interior modifications. The scope of work later included upgrades to infrastructure, seismic strengthening, life safety, mechanical, electrical and plumbing upgrades, and kitchen and bath remodels.
